Blanket & Food Drive
We are collecting food in the form of packets of mielie meal/ sugar/ coffee / tins; old clothes, blankets. All manner of goods you may no longer need, which are taking up space in your home: unused tracksuits, slippers, jerseys which you haven’t worn for a year or more and really should throw out could be very useful to someone less fortunate. Please bring something along, there will be boxes at various establishments in Wakkerstroom, for you to place your contributions into.” Boxes will be labelled “Blanket/ Food Collections” Large boxes can be obtained from Claudine, 0833472770. the beneficiary will be “Home Based Care” an NGO working in Wakkerstroom with both old and frail.
