Climate Reality Leadership
“Recently Kristi attended a Climate Reality Leadership Corps Training Session in Johannesburg presented by former US Vice President Al Gore and other world class communicators, organisers, strategists and innovators about climate change and what it means for Africa.
“Africa’s experiences are greatly disproportionate to the carbon emissions it produces.” Says Maggie Fox, President and CEO of Climate Reality Leadership Corps. From the far corners of the continent, we are all paying the cost of the carbon pollution each and every day as it crushes subsistence farmers and whole town disappear under flood waters.
Join us at the BirdLife South Africa Centre, Wakkerstroom as Kristi takes you on a journey through the climate crisis and how we can each make a change for future generations. Kristi will also be discussing a village wide project which you can join in on. “
