Sweep your sweetheart off their feet by making your valentine’s date extra special at the Wakkerstroom Country Inn. Indulge in a romantic feast featuring the freshest and best ingredients while dining in the peace and quiet of Wakkerstroom while seated at a candle lite dinner for two.

 

Menu consists of five courses.

 

Welcome Drinks

  • Raspberry chocolate kiss cocktail for welcome drink.

Starters

  • Poached shrimp with a lemon dipping sauce
  • Pancetta and cream cheese Salad with Roasted Pepper Dressing and baguette slice

Palette cleanser

  • Lemon and apple sorbet

Main Course

  • Pan-Seared Strip Steak with Red-Wine Pan Sauce and Pink-Peppercorn Butter

Dessert

  • Lemon cheese cake served with a lemon ice cream and raspberry granite Sunday

 

Cost is R380 per couple for dinner only on the 14th of Feb 2013

Cost is R920 per couple for dinner, breakfast and room for the night
